The Daniel Defense® Mk18 RIS II 9.55" Handguard is a free float handguard with a 2-piece design that allows for the attachment of an M203 grenade launcher when the lower rail section is removed. The battle-tested, 6-bolt Bolt-Up system securely attaches this handguard to your rifle's upper receiver while Picatinny rails offer plenty of space for weapon-mounted accessories. The Daniel Defense Rail Interface System (RIS II) handguard was designed at the request of the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM) for the SOPMOD II program and features lightweight aluminum construction with a Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized corrosion-resistant finish.
