We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is encrypted during transfer over networks.

You are solely responsible for confirming that any product you purchase is compatible with your firearm, caliber, model, generation, configuration, and intended use before installing, loading, or using the product. Product descriptions, fitment references, guides, blog content, and customer support communications are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, gunsmithing, safety, tactical, or professional advice.

Products must be installed, handled, stored, transported, and used safely and lawfully, in accordance with all applicable laws, manufacturer instructions, and accepted safety practices. We are not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or legal consequences arising from misuse, improper installation, modification, unlawful configuration, negligent storage, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Ammunition sales are final and may not be returned except where required by law. Ammunition shipping is subject to carrier rules, hazardous-material restrictions, age requirements, and destination restrictions.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, modify, or limit any order before shipment for any lawful reason, including product availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, billing or payment issues, shipping restrictions, legal restrictions, carrier limitations, compliance review, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to provide requested documentation. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund as required by applicable law and our applicable policies.

We may require additional information before accepting or shipping an order, including proof of age, identity verification, billing verification, shipping-address confirmation, law-enforcement credentials, exemption documentation, FFL documentation, tax-exemption documentation, or any other information reasonably necessary to determine whether an order may lawfully be processed and shipped.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, payment information, billing address, shipping address, and other account details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You are solely responsible for determining whether any product may be lawfully purchased, shipped to, received, possessed, transferred, stored, transported, installed, configured, and used by you in your jurisdiction. We may rely on billing information, shipping information, account information, documentation, publicly available legal restrictions, third-party compliance tools, carrier rules, and our own internal compliance processes when determining whether to accept, process, cancel, or ship an order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, modify, split, or delay any order if we determine, or reasonably suspect, that the order may violate applicable law, carrier rules, our policies, or any product-specific restriction, or if you fail to provide requested documentation or verification.

Large-capacity magazines, ammunition, and other restricted products may not be shipped to certain locations or customers unless a valid exemption applies and required documentation has been reviewed and approved by us. Approval of any exemption is discretionary and may expire, be revoked, or require renewal or updated documentation.

We are not responsible for any customer’s misunderstanding of applicable law, failure to review shipping restrictions, failure to provide accurate information, or attempt to purchase or receive products in violation of applicable law.

Taxes, Fees and Marketing Communications

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, excise taxes, retail delivery fees, shipping charges, handling charges, government fees, and other charges associated with your order, except to the extent we are required by law to collect and remit those amounts directly.
