The Faxon Firearms® Match Series AR-10 8.6 Blackout 1:3 Bead-Blasted SS Barrel is button-rifled with a 1:3 twist rate for match-grade precision. Boasting a recessed target crown, this magnetic particle inspected (MPI) barrel is compatible with carbine-length gas systems and has a .875" gas block journal. This barrel features a standard DPMS Gen 1 .308 black oxide coated barrel extension, and a unique, flame fluted design helps improve heat dissipation for a longer-lasting barrel. Plus, this barrel boasts 416R stainless steel construction with a corrosion-resistant bead-blasted finish and an M18x1.5 thread pitch.
