The Midwest Industries® AK Alpha Series Railed Top Cover boasts an adjustable locking block that fits most AK firearms with patented components that provide accurate return to zero for existing AK firearms. This top cover features an extremely rigid lockup to prevent dust and dirt from entering your firearm by utilizing 2 anodized 6061 aluminum and 2 laser cut 4140 steel stability struts for a solid lockup. This top cover maintains factory rear sight with a lower 1/3 co-witness sight picture and can be installed with no permanent modifications needed. Plus, this top cover boasts a Midwest Industries recoil spring button that's specifically made for it. Backed by a lifetime warranty. Recoil spring button is designed for most AKM's with rear trunnion width up to .440. The list below are current models that will require an oversized button made for handfitting to their firearm. If you have a rear trunnion width of .460, please indicate this in your order notes and we can provide an oversized button for fitting upon shipment of your order. This will ensure the most secure fit possible for your railed top cover.
