This is a Magpul MBUS Flip-Up Front and Rear Sight Set for use with Standard Picatinny Rails

Magpul's MBUS (Magpul® Back-Up Sight) is a durable, injection molded, polymer folding back-up sight system designed to work with most 1913/Picatinny railed handguards, but optimized for use with the popular AR-15/M-4 carbine platform. 

Magpul’s MBUS Backup Sights are a practical, affordable and effective addition to any rifle or carbine with a Standard Picatinny Rail, but they’re optimized for use with AR 15/M4 -style platforms. These new Gen 2 MBUS Sights feature improved optics compatibility, reduced size, and a spring-mounted front sight post.

This complete set gives you both the front and rear MBUS sight, along with an elevation tool for the front sight (rear windage adjustment is tool-free). Note that most aftermarket A2 front sight tools will work with MBUS sights, and that MBUS front sights should NOT be mounted to a railed gas block.
