Pulsar

Founded by a group of Belarusian engineers during the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, Pulsar is a European manufacturer of premium, performance-enhanced rifle scopes, monoculars, and binoculars. In 1998, Pulsar combined efforts with a group of Texas-based American engineers to begin integrating night-vision technology into their first-generation night-vision monocular. These devices were among the first to utilize multiple settings of the IR and were the first to incorporate a dual IR system. In 2001, Pulsar released the first non-military night vision rifle scopes, which utilized a durable, yet lightweight titanium housing for virtually indestructible field service.
