The Battle Arms Development® Authority Elite Mod C AR-15 16" CMV 5.56 Upper Receiver w/ 15" M-LOK Handguard is a factory-assembled upper receiver group engineered to provide incredible performance, improved aesthetics, and superior accuracy at an affordable price. The Authority Elite upper receiver features 7075-T6 billet aluminum construction with a Mil-Spec Type III hard coat anodized finish for superior strength and lasting durability, ensuring optimal performance under extreme shooting conditions. The M-LOK 15" handguard is crafted of anodized 6061-T6 aluminum and boasts a free-float design with M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. Further, the uninterrupted flat-top Picatinny rail readily accepts a variety of optics, laser sights, and other rail-mounted accessories. The 16" Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel features a 1:7 twist rate for superior accuracy potential, while a factory-installed muzzle brake drastically reduces your muzzle flash signature and softens felt recoil. M4 feed ramps ensure smooth, consistent feeding.
