Further, the INTRA-LOK™ mounting system uses a tapered locking pin that interfaces with an angled V-groove on the underside of the barrel, perfectly timing the compensator as it locks down onto the V-shaped profile for a solid, secure fit. This allows you to simply slide the compensator over the barrel, then insert and tighten the locking screw for easy installation and removal.
