The Hawkins Precision® Long Action Hunter Detachable Box Magazine Bottom Metal is machined from a single piece of billet 6061 aluminum with a corrosion-resistant finish. This bottom metal features a patented cantilever spring release that ensures the floorplate doesn't accidentally open under any recoil. Plus, the mag release is adjustable, sleek, and hard to actuate on accident. Compatible with factory Remington 700 actions and Remington 700 action clones. Pillars and action screws included. Compatible with Hawkins Flush Hunter Magazines (will not work with CIP length AICS, MDT, or Accurate magazines).

Requires gunsmithing in factory length factory Remington 700 actions to accommodate the magazine cartridge overall length (COAL).
