The new ring set features direct mount footprints for many of the most commonly used red dot sights. American Defense designed the set to accommodate the use of backup red dot sights on scoped carbines which is becoming increasingly common.

The set is currently compatible with footprints including the RMR/SRO and EFLX/Delta Point Pro/ Defender CCW Red Dots as well as others in the 30mm Ring Size. The user will need to select the correct Delta RDS Ring Cap and also “Add One Delta Clamping Ring-30mm” to complete the set so it can be used with the American Defense Recon Series Scope Mounts.

Backup RDS have become common for many reasons including the fact that they make it possible for the user to get off their magnified optic and utilize the RDS for closer targets. Having an RDS secured firmly in place is vital, and that’s where this new ring set comes in. The mount is available in black or flat dark earth. Please note, this mount is not compatible with other manufacturer’s scope mounts.
