Galco has expanded its Speed Master 2.0 holster compatibility to include options for the popular Springfield Armory Hellcat pistols. The Speed Master 2.0 holster is an outside-the-waistband [OWB] option for those looking for a convenient and versatile carry option.
The Speed Master 2.0 holster features an open-top design while providing a covered trigger for safety and an adjustable tension screw for extra retention. Designed for speed, it has a fast off-and-on ability thanks to the paddle holster setup. Not only that but the holster can be configured as a stable and solid belt holster by using the included belt slot attachment.
Features
Constructed from premium steerhide leather, the holster keeps the firearm retained securely while ensuring minimal wear on its finish. The Speed Master 2.0 has a neutral cant for compact autos and revolvers, making it easy to draw and conceal, while with larger pistols the holster offers a slight butt-forward cant. Additionally, the Speed Master 2.0 is compatible with Galco’s Belt Drop, which allows for the holster to ride lower on the body so the pistol would ride clear of backpack straps and gear such as body armor. The Belt Drop is also useful for short-waisted shooters and/or some female shooters.
The real draw of the holster is the versatility of attachment methods. It can be used with either a paddle attachment or with the adjustable belt slot, both are easily interchangeable by the consumer. All that is needed to make the swap is a flat-head screwdriver, allowing the end user to quickly swap out to their desired carry method. The belt slot carry option is adjustable for both belt width and ride height and will fit belts up to 1.75” wide.
The Galco Speed Master 2.0 now available for the Springfield Armory Hellcat pistol is available in right-hand draw only and can be purchased in either black or natural tan steerhide. The MSRP for the new Hellcat version of the Speed Master 2.0 is $112.
