Trijicon Expands Suppressor/Optic Height Sight Options

Trijicon, one of the most well-known names in the industry, has announced the expansion of its Suppressor/Optics Height night sight options to cover new front dot color options and pistol compatibility. The company listened to consumers and is supporting the popularity of weapon-mounted optics and suppressors with the expanded product lines.

Decades of experience go into the Trijicon products and it’s no different with the Suppressor/Optics Height Sights. The sights have been created and designed to be the ideal height for compatibility with popular red dot sights while being robust enough to be used as backup iron sights. This allows the shooter to acquire the red dot sight faster and allows the shooter to use the sights with an optic as an accurate aiming solution.

The design of the iron sights, with a sapphire jewel cap and tritium lamps, means that every user gets light evenly dispersed for better illumination in low and no-light environments. Color options for the front dot including standard white, photoluminescent yellow, or orange outlines are new options to help plus up the user’s ability to spot it in those super bright, mid-day experiences or when going from one extreme to another. Trijicon also has options for a solid metal rear and black-painted sights with tritium illumination as an additional no-distraction option.

The expanded Suppressor/Optic Height Sights can rest assured that they live up to the high standards Trijicon lays out for all its products and are being tested to military standards. Things like the Science of Brilliant testing which includes the Alaska-to-Africa testing to make sure the product can withstand temperatures from -20°F to 140°F, and the Solid Zero Tested, which means the product has been field-tested to withstand up to 5,000 rounds. Each product is also drop tested along with the shock and vibration tests.

Folks interested in the Suppressor/Optic Height sights will now be able to get a set to fit their Glock, Smith & Wesson, FN, Sig Sauer, Springfield Armory, HK, CZ, and different 1911 model pistols. So, whether it’s for self-defense, military, law enforcement, or competitive shooting, the Suppressor/Optic Height Sights will provide an any-light option for shooters. The new Suppressor/Optic Height Sights have an MSRP ranging from $112 – $162, depending on the model.

Patti Miller is one of the most awesome females in the tactical/firearm (or any) industry. Imagine a tall, hawt, dangerous Laura Ingalls Wilder type with cool hair and a suppressed blaster and you'll be getting the idea. What's interesting is that in addition to being a willing brawler and intrepid adventuress, she's also an Ent/Ogier level gardener and a truly badass baker.
