SHOT Show 2024: Springfield Armory Releases New Garrison Models

Featuring the classic design elements of the 1911 with notable modern upgrades, Springfield Armory’s Garrison line seems fittingly suited to home protection and everyday carry. The series features forged materials including the frame and slide, and heirloom-quality construction. Constructed from host sale blued carbon steel, each is further benefitted from low profile 3-dot sights, extended beavertail grip safety, and skeletonized hammer.

For 2024, the 1911 Garrison line has been further expanded with four new models with a 4.25-inch hammer-forged barrel in both 9mm and .45 ACP.
