SHOT Show 2024: Acme Machine Releases AM-15 Models

Acme Machine has developed a reputation for designing and manufacturing rugged and reliable AR-platform firearms at a reasonable price point. Perhaps the best thing about Acme’s guns is that they tend to outperform their price point, making them a fantastic choice for expanding your gun collection. Just in time for SHOT 2024, Acme Machine is introducing two new AR-15s: the 25-215 Distributor Exclusive and 25-216 Flagship AM-15. These guns are made for serious use and offer numerous features to support their versatility.

Acme Machine is pleased to introduce two new AR-15 platform models: the Acme 25-215 and 25-216. Both rifles are chambered in 5.56 NATO, meaning the shooter can use either 5.56 NATO or 223 Remington ammunition, and both are designed for serious use. These rifles aren’t safe queens, they’re meant to be run, whether that’s at the range, out hunting, or for home defense situations.

The 25-216 features a Magpul stock that’s readily adjustable for length of pull and a MIL-SPEC trigger. Picatinny rail over the receiver and at the muzzle end of the handguard makes it easy to add optics, iron sights, and other aftermarket accessories. This rifle runs smoothly out of the box and is accurate on target. Features include a C158 Nitride Bolt, Breek Arms Warhammer Charging Handle, Magpul MOE or DLG Stock, and an ACME compensator.

As for the Acme 25-215, it is the company’s dealer-exclusive model designed as a do-it-all AR. This rifle is a fantastic option for new gun owners or serious shooters interested in expanding their firearms collections with a gun that outperforms its price point. As with the 25-216, the 25-215 model has Picatinny over the receiver and at the front of the handguard, which also helps reduce the gun’s overall weight. A lighter weight means improved maneuverability. Additional features of this dealer-exclusive model include a 9310 Nitride Bolt, a standard MIL-SPEC charging handle, a standard MIL-SPEC Stock, and an A2 Birdcage Flash Hider. It also has attachment points for a sling.

Acme takes pride in the fact that every component, other than the barrels and stocks, is made in-house, allowing them to keep a close eye on quality control.

MSRP for the latest Acme Machine 25-215 and 25-216 varies by model.
