Magpul has released the latest in its super popular DAKA family of firearms-storage options with the new DAKA Double Pistol Case. This large format carrying case is a discrete, semi-rigid double pistol case that works great to store or transport firearms and accessories.
True to the DAKA family, the new DAKA Double Pistol Case is constructed from the same DAKA which is rugged and durable. Able to safely hold two pistols, regardless of size, the internal panels are lined with a snag-free EVA foam liner which does double action as extra protection. The foam liners help keep the pistols protected in the case and reduce the chance of accidental scratching.
The left panel of the DAKA pistol case includes two large pistol sleeves that are sized to accommodate up to full-sized pistols and include a retention strap that stretches to fit different pistols. The right side of the pouch includes spots for up to eight magazines and a panel pocket that lays between the magazines and pistol sleeves for added protection for the gear. Behind the magazine section is another zippered pocket which is perfect for securing paperwork or small items like tools and cleaning items.
The outside zipper is a water-resistant YKK AquaGuard zipper with a 550 paracord zipper pull meaning the elements stay out when closed. According to Magpul, the Double Pistol Case has a strong RF welded construction which makes a permanent and impenetrable seal for the case. To round out the features of the DAKA Double Pistol Case is a pull-tab that doubles as a carabiner pass-through and is available in either Black or FDE colors.
The Magpul DAKA Double Pistol is a solid case that is perfect for the storage and transport of any pistol. The two pistol sleeves measure 10” x 6.25”, while the single main panel pocket measures 7.5” x 12”. The case has overall dimensions of 14.5” by 11.8” by 2.4”. The DAKA Double Pistol Case is available now and has an MSRP of $59.95.
