New From Steiner: The MPS in FDE

Steiner is pleased to announce that their popular MPS (Micro Pistol Sight) is now being offered in FDE (flat dark earth) and meets the approved-for-duty-use status requirements for both large and small law enforcement agencies. So, if you’re looking for something other than just another black anodized optic for your pistol, this might just be the one for you!

Steiner states that this red dot is purpose-built to stand up to hard use and challenging conditions, meaning it’s made to last despite the rigors of duty use. The optics designer said they created the MPS by borrowing the same performance and engineering used in their line of tactical optics. The MPS has a rugged, all-metal housing for superior durability and also has enhanced sidewalls and a sealed emitter. It’s made to withstand submersion to 10 meters.

The MPS in FDE is designed to be compact and lightweight. It’s made with numerous features to ensure reliability and enhanced performance for hard use. Features include a recessed optic window designed to protect the high-quality lens from most direct impacts and 1X magnification. The optic is made to deliver a crisp, clean image for rapid target acquisition. The sight also has a 3.3 MOA reticle, 13,000-hour battery life, 8 brightness levels, user-selectable auto-off, and a variety of mounting options.
