Mesa Tactical Launches Beretta 1301 Reflex Sight Mount

Mesa Tactical of Reno, Nevada, produces all the accessories to turn your stock shotgun into an efficient fighting implement. These include shell carriers, telescoping stocks, sling options, and rail sections for such favorites as the Remington 870, Mossberg Shockwave, and the Keltec KSG. New for 2024 is Mesa Tactical’s reflex sight mount for the Beretta 1301 shotgun.

Mesa and other manufacturers of aftermarket rail acknowledge that red dot optics are superior to iron sights in terms of speed of acquisition on target and the ability to see your sights in low light conditions. Mesa rails are generally set up for a Trijicon footprint optic, but this new offering is set up for smaller reflex sights that can be co-witnessed with existing optics.

The Mesa rail for the Beretta 1301 is made of 6061-series anodized aluminum and mounts through the stock-tapped holes in the receiver of the shotgun in front of the ghost ring rear sight. The Beretta 1301 rail can be purchased alone or with an integral aluminum SureShell shell carrier that holds an additional four rounds of 12-gauge ammunition. The Beretta 1301 Reflex Sight Mount is shipping now and comes in at an MSRP of $69.95.
