HI VIZ Shooting Systems, a renowned manufacturer of premium tritium and fiber-optic sights, has expanded its family of products to include a new line: the FastDot H3 Sight. Available in four different models for firearm compatibility, the new FastDot H3 is said to enhance the shooting experience for any shooter, beginner to professional.
The new series of sights has the features that all shooters want and need. Things like fast sight acquisition, easy sight alignment, better visibility around the sight picture, and a low-profile design that is compatible with standard holsters. The faster sight acquisition from the draw and positive sight feedback is in part thanks to the circle within a circle design of the sights. Instead of traditional notch sights, the user just aligns the front circle with the rear, and the front red dot will disappear behind the rear green. Thus giving the positive sight feedback.
“Since 1996, HI VIZ has sought to improve the art of shooting through simple, yet innovative products for rifles, pistols, and shotguns,” said HI VIZ President and Founder, Phil Howe. “With the popularity of red dot sights increasing over the last decade we saw an opportunity to use our expertise in iron sights and bridge the gap between traditional iron sights and red dot sights. That’s when the FastDot H3 sight set was developed. This sight set offers the simplicity of a red dot sight system while eliminating the bulk, it doesn’t require batteries and allows for faster sight acquisition right out of the holster. It is quickly becoming a favorite among many who require simplicity and speed from their sight sets!”
The sights have tritium/fiber-optic front and rear sights, allowing for use any time day or night with 24-hour illumination. According to HI VIZ, users can draw, aim, and get precise shot placement with the FastDot H3 sights, regardless of light conditions or the stress of the situation.
The FastDot H3 sights are available in four different models: two that fit Glock 9mm, 40 S&W, and .375 Sig standard and MOS pistols; one that fits Smith & Wesson M&P compact, full size, and Shield and Shield plus pistols; and one that fits the Sig P320 in 9mm with fixed sights, non-optic ready models. The new family of FastDot H3 sights has an MSRP of $175.
