It’s available in four different sizes, each of which is made to meet the needs of seasoned gun owners with extensive collections as well as new gun owners who are just starting out.
The new Rockies series has a model to fit any residential gun storage requirement. Safes range in size from 6,466 cubic inches up to the massive 42,286 cubic-inch model.
Rockies premium-level gun safes are made with a 3/16-inch steel body and a .5-inch steel door. The door is supported with heavy-duty hinges for longevity and is designed to move smoothly. Door security is facilitated with three-way active boltwork with ten to twelve 1.5-inch locking bolts. There’s also a drill-resistant hardplate in place to protect the lock and secondary relocker. These safes feature integrated two-hour fire protection. The overall door thickness of the safes is 2 1/8 inches, and the overall body thickness is 2 3/8 inches. Four pre-cut anchor holes make installation straightforward.
