So that big day is right around the corner, and you need to find a good gift for the gun guy or gal in your world. If that guy or gal owns a Glock, we have some ideas for you. Fathers Day, Mothers Day, birthday, St. Valentine’s Day, Christmas, anniversary, self-gift to celebrate those final divorce papers…doesn’t matter what the occasion is. Glock parts, Glock accessories… Glock gifts are always timely, even when they’re not!

Besides, you can always order something online, print out the confirmation, and wrap that.

Order your gift too late? No worries! Print out that order confirmation and wrap that up!

So, what should you get yourself (or that Glock fanboi/fangurl who is due something) for the big day? Read on, we’ll help you figure that out.

Glock gifts: Nothing beats a good Glock. And they’re all good.
Glock gifts…nothing beats a good Glock. And they’re all good.

1. Glock Magazines (duh)

We’ll start with the obvious. A place called Gun Mag Warehouse suggesting magazines on their Glock gift guide. What?!? How scandalous!

Glock mags and Glock drum magazines (among others)
Mags for days. You can’t really have too many mags.

In all seriousness, however, magazines are like ammo. You can never have too many/much. With the Glock, you have a wide range of options too. From your standard, OEM flush-fit magazines to your Korean-made 9mm mags. While Glock’s factory mags are widely regarded as the gold standard (they hardly ever fail), you always need more. Despite what the S4 or department armorer might want you to believe, magazines are an expendable item.

2. Bigger Glock magazines!

Happily, you’re no longer limited to 17, 19, or other puny numbers when it comes to your magazine capacity!

those are rookie numbers

What if you want something a bit longer with something just a little bit bigger? How about…

A drum mag in that Glock might be hard to conceal, but damn it’s fun.Magazines from ETS and Magpul offer affordable and high-quality mags for your 9mm and 40 S&W Glocks. Additionally, you can go to add extra upgrades like say, brightly colored followers in the ETS clear magazines. This makes it easy to see the follower in clear, extended magazines and to know exactly how much ammo you are working with.

If you have a Glock fan in your life, we’re willing to guarantee they will appreciate extra magazines.

3. Recover Tactical Magazine Clips

Travis Pike reviewed the hilariously, but accurately named Magazine Clips, and he liked them a lot. They are a base plate and pocket clip system that allows you to carry an extra magazine in your pocket like a pocket knife. The best part is they are super affordable and easy to find. They made it into our Glock Gift Guide for a number of reasons.

Magazine Clips

The Magazine Clips are well made, easy to use, handy, and, as I mentioned, they are cheap. They don’t just offer a clip but a wider baseplate for easier reloads and a well-thought design for both handguns and most Glock pattern magazine rifles.

4. Magazine Loaders

Magazines are one thing, and ammo is another, and there can be a middleman. A helpful, easy-to-use, and affordable middleman. Loading mag after mag gets tiring, and these days, there really is no reason to. Magazine loaders exist to save your thumbs the pain of loading hundreds and hundreds of rounds.

These loaders come in all sizes, shapes, and most calibers.

The King of Mag Loaders is the MagPump 9mm magazine loader.

This bad boy is a self-contained unit that will load any double-stack 9mm Glock magazine. You can load an extended magazine in about 30 seconds with a pain-free tool. You can even load additional magazines from companies like SIG, S&W, Ruger, and CZ.

We were impressed enough by the ETS C.A.M. Loaders and how fast you could pump a mag full of ammo that we added ’em to our store. These are made for somewhat restrictive categories in terms of ammo, one can load 9mm and 40 S&W, one is made for 45 ACP and another is made for 380 ACP.

If you want one loader to do nearly every caliber, then you want the Maglula, which can load everything from 9mm to 46 to include 40 S&W, 10mm, 45 GAP, etc.

The SGM stocking-stuffer (or party favor!)

It makes sense that magazine makers would make their own loaders, and SGM makes one, too. They work with any Glock mags, though, so there’s no need to worry about mixing up brands, and they don’t get more inexpensive

5. Magpul Speed Plates

If you are shopping for easy upgrades to Glock magazines then Magpul has you covered. They are known as speed plates and resemble the Ranger plates Magpul makes for rifles.

The Magpul Speed Plates make your 9mm or 40 S&W magazines easier to draw and as the name implies a little faster. These are extremely affordable Glock gifts, so if you’re on a budget…you’re welcome. These are less conceal carry and more duty designed, but they’ll work for both OEM Glock magazines and the Magpul variants.

6. A Carbine Kit

Ever want to turn your Glock into a handy little SMG-sized package? Well, you can with the Roni STAB from CAA. These kits are designed to take a handgun and turn it into a brace equipped larger handgun. Of course, a brace can be used for a variety of things, like shouldering (*gasp* for a while anyway). These kinds of kits extend the effective range of your gun, make it easier to control, and are a real blast.

A KPOS Scout with Stock Removed (Photo Cred Nicholas Chen): this is one of the more expensive of our Glock gifts, but it’s a good one!

CAA is just one kit maker and companies like IWI and FAB Defense also make these carbine kits, albeit at a higher price. The KPOS Pathfinder is tons of fun, especially when running a drum mag, or at least an extendo.

The carbine kits are a little expensive, but they have a rightful place on any Glock Gift guide.

The Glock Gift Guide – Giving Glock

Glocks are brilliant weapons and some of the most popular in the world. You can even go with polymer 80 models and build your own. A good pistol safe is always nice, and here are the best pistol safes. They are everywhere, for everyone from hardcore shooters to casual concealed carriers. This is great news because it makes it really easy to find gifts for Glock owners.

We hope this Glock Gift guide has made it easier for you!
