SAR Firearms is known for manufacturing state-of-the-art firearms and is pleased to introduce the SAR9 GEN2 Subcompact (SC) 9mm pistol. The SAR9 GEN2 SC’s compact design gives gun owners the concealment, capacity, and comfort necessary to facilitate daily carry. Previously, the original SAR Firearms SAR9 SC brought the gunmaker into the subcompact category. Now, the line’s newest generation includes the SAR9 family’s smallest member, making it the ultimate option for concealed carry. According to the manufacturer, the SAR9 Gen2 SC is perhaps the most rigorously-tested firearm in the world. It offers a standard capacity of 12 +1 with a flush fit magazine. A forged-steel alloy slide with an optics-ready cutout accommodates any red dot sight with a Shield RMSc footprint. In addition, a forged steel barrel with a recessed crown increases accuracy on target.
The SAR9 Gen2 Subcompact is a striker-fired pistol. It has a flat face aluminum trigger with integrated safety. Mid-height night sights with halo come standard for rapid target acquisition. The gun ships with one 12-round and one 15-round magazine. Magazines are also available with 17-round capacity as aftermarket purchases. A 10-round configuration is available for states with a capacity restriction. The SAR9 GEN2 SC is available in four colors: Black, OD Green, Bronze, and Platinum finishes.
