The Ruger PC Carbine American Flag Series has a 16.12-inch barrel length, an overall length of 34.37 inches, and a weight of seven pounds. This carbine is both patriotic and a bit unique. Thanks to the Picatinny rail atop the receiver it’s easy to add optics and because the handguard is M-LOK compatible, you can easily install weapon lights and lasers as desired. Further, this is a versatile gun that can be used for fun at the range but is also great for home defense. It can even be used as a truck gun. The 9mm chambering makes it a stellar defensive option and offers the greatest ballistics possible. Want to be patriotic in the most popular defensive caliber out there? SIG Sauer 1911 We the People Full Size

It’s true that SIG technically discontinued production of this patriotic pistol, but you can find it used without much trouble. This is an excellent patriotic handgun because not only is it a 1911, but it’s also chambered in .45 ACP and it sports grips that are covered in stars. It even says 1776 on the slide. It doesn’t get much more American than that!

The SIG Sayer 1911 We the People Full Size handgun is a well-made pistol, designed to serve as a tribute to both the Second Amendment and the 1911 itself. In true 1911 style, it has a 7 +1 capacity with a five-inch barrel and full-sized frame. Its overall length is 8.7 inches and its empty weight is 41.6 ounces. SIG gave the gun a distressed finish which, along with its star grips and 1776 engraved slide, make it a classically appealing pistol. Yes, even the grips themselves are distressed steel. For fans of the 1911, there just might not be any more patriotic gun.

Typhoon Defense F12 Patriot Semi-Automatic 12 Gauge Shotgun

Shotguns have long had a place in many gun owners’ safes, and for good reason. They’re great for home defense, hunting, and just plain fun at the range. The Typhoon Defense F12 Patriot is a semi-automatic model chambered in 12 gauge (because of course it is). This shotgun sports a red and white striped receiver that fades into a blue forend with white stars on it. It has a three-inch chamber, so it can accommodate 2 ¾-inch or 3-inch shotshells, and it has a 5 +1 capacity.

It’s a box-fed shotgun with aesthetics similar to the AR-15, making it appealing to shooters used to their ARs. According to Typhoon Defense, it ships with a box magazine, so there’s no need to track down a compatible 12-gauge mag before trying it out at the range. It ships with flip-up iron sights and includes a flat-top Picatinny rail on the receiver, so you could add other optics or a red dot sight if preferred. The stock is fixed and the barrel is 18.5 inches in length. It’s compatible with Benelli Mobile chokes. Overall, this is a fun gun that’s great for range use and could also be used to defend your home, all while paying homage to the American flag.
