Night Fision Offers New Options for Canik Pistol Owners

Night Fision, a company with a focus on proving advanced tritium insert weapon sights, has expanded its line of pistol sights to include options for the Canik Mete MC9 and SF Series pistols. Consumers will be able to choose between Standard Height and Optics-Ready Stealth Series products for their Canik Mete MC9 or SF Series pistols.

“We currently field at least one request per day to expand our Canik offering. As always, we listened to our fervent customer base and are excited about this launch,” states CJ Karchon, Vice President for Night Fision. “We want to continue to expand on different platforms and provide multiple options for sight picture configuration.”

Like other Night Fision sights, these sights use the company’s patented dome technology that gives crisp edges in low- to no-light situations. As a word of note about the Night Fision sights, the company does recommend that installation be done by a qualified gunsmith. All Night Fision sights are built in America with Swiss Tritium.

The Standard Heigh sights have options for yellow, orange, or white front ring colors as well as options for the rear ring color, either black or white. The sights have a black nitride coating that improves wear and corrosion resistance. Like with other Night Fision sights, these sights have the Perfect Dot Night Sights that are said to be the brightest on the market. These sights can be purchased as a pair of front and back or as just the front sight. Prices start at $48 for just the front or $108 for the pair.

Night Fision Optics Ready Stealth Series sights
The other option that Night Fision released for the Canik Mete MC9 and SF Series pistols is the Optics Ready Stealth Series sights. These sights are meant to be paired with an optic and can offer a lower 1/3 co-witness according to the company. [Photo credit: Night Fision]
The other option that Canik owners can select is the Optics Ready Stealth Series sights. Currently, only one blade height per model line is available but the company states more heights will be released in the future. These Optics Ready Stealth Series sights use the company’s patented injection molded sleeve designs to keep the tritium in place, like the other sights. These sights are available with front ring colors of yellow, orange, or black, while the rear ring color can be either black or blank, depending on the user’s preference. The Optics Ready Stealth Series sights start with an MSRP of $101 for the pair.

Patti Miller is one of the most awesome females in the tactical/firearm (or any) industry. Imagine a tall, hawt, dangerous Laura Ingalls Wilder type with cool hair and a suppressed blaster and you'll be getting the idea. What's interesting is that in addition to being a willing brawler and intrepid adventuress, she's also an Ent/Ogier level gardener and a truly badass baker.
