Beretta Announces the 92 XI Squalo

The Beretta 92XI Squalo is built on the all-steel 92X platform and is single-action only with an X-Treme S flat-faced trigger. The pistol has an ambidextrous frame-mounted thumb safety so that the pistol can be safely carried cocked and locked. The magazine release is reversible, but the slide release is set up for right-handed shooters only.

The Squalo is set up with a square-cut rear sight and an orange fiber optic front sight, but the slide is milled and drilled for an MRDS mounting system. In addition to an integral Picatinny rail for mounting a weapon light, the frame has a Toni System flared magazine well installed for quicker reloads.

The 92XI Squalo ships in a hard plastic case with four MecGar 18+4 capacity magazines that are USPSA compliant. This new offering has an MSRP starting at $1,299.99.
