New: SIG ElectroOptics FOXTROT365XR

It’s wise to have a well-made light on your carry gun, but it can be a bit of a challenge when the handgun in question doesn’t have an accessory rail. Fortunately, SIG understands that. The company has addressed the issue with the new SIG ElectroOptics FOXTROT365XR. This weapon-mounted light is specifically created for compatibility with the P365 Micro-Compact family of handguns and fits precisely to the gun’s trigger guard. Now it’s easy to equip your P365 with a light, and it’s a light backed by the SIG name.

The SIG ElectroOptics FOXTROT365XR is a compact, streamlined light made for the equally compact P365. It attaches securely to the proprietary system of the P365 with the mounting surface extending along the underside of the gun’s trigger guard. The light is made with rounded, smooth edges to reduce the risk of snagging. Also, it is designed for instant activation so it can be used at a moment’s notice.

Features of the FOXTROT365XR include a tactilely designed instant activation switch, SIG P365 pistol compatibility, and the use of either a standard CR2 battery or an RCR15270 rechargeable battery for power. SIG states the light has a runtime of approximately one hour depending on the mode. There are three possible modes: Momentary Mode, Latching Mode, and Threshold Mode. Modes are user configurable to be compatible with the instant activation feature.

This light has an overall length of 4.3 inches, an overall height of 1.98 inches, overall width of 1.0 inch. It weighs1.4 ounces with the battery inserted. It can produce a max of 550 lumens and 17,000 candelas. Lights ship with a USB-compatible battery charger and cord as well as two RCR15270 rechargeable batteries.

With the SIG ElecroOptics FOXTROT365XR mounted to your P365, you’ll have better visibility and target or threat identification in low light/no light situations. It’s vital to have the ability to visualize a potential threat, and that’s why you need a good light. Check out the FOXTROT365XR and find out what your gun’s been missing.

MSRP for the SIG ElectroOptics FOXTROT365XR is set at $199.99.
