Alien Gear Announces the All-New Rapid Force Level 2 Slim Holster for Glock 17 Pistols

Alien Gear Holsters, an Idaho-based manufacturer of injection-molded holsters, has announced the release of their newest holster: the Rapid Force Level 2 Slim Holster for the Glock 17 pistol. While the holster itself is not new, what’s new is the compatibility with the Glock 17. This new option joins a plethora of holsters that Alien Gear currently offers for the Glock, as well as other pistol models like Sig, Lone Wolf, and others.

The Rapid Force Level 2 Slim Holster is a classic holster with an intuitive draw. It has a minimalist design that has less bulk and weight but keeps the firearm secure and protected while in use. The holster can accommodate suppressor height sights, and with the Light Bearing option, has an optic cut out for those pistols with optics installed.

The Level 2 Slim Holster shell is versatile in that it allows the end user to pick and choose how they want their holster to be used. The platform can be used with other Alien Gear Holster options, like the Rapid Force Quick Disconnect System [QDS] base, letting the user save money by not having to buy multiple products and still have loads of carry options. The QDS base has options for a standard paddle, molle attachment, and a swivel drop leg setup to name a few.

According to Alien Gear Holsters, the Level 2 Slim holster is a great partner with the Level 3 Duty holster and perfect for unmarked or off-duty carry. The Alien Gear Rapid Force Level 2 Slim Holster is made in the US and can be purchased in either right- or left-hand draw. The holster comes from the company with what it calls a 30-day field test drive that is in addition to the 3-year manufacturer warranty. Only available in black, the Rapid Force Level 2 Slim Holster is out now with an MSRP of $73.88.
