The FAB Defense® +4 Magazine Extension for Glock® 43 / 42 Pistols is a floorplate replacement for the Glock 43 and 42 pistols that allows users to add extra firepower to their magazine. Contoured finger indents provide a firm grip, especially during magazine manipulation, and this mag extension's design offers a full grip with your pistol for better control and faster follow-up shots. Fiberglass-reinforced polymer construction ensures superior strength and lasting durability.

Note: Glock added and extra coil to their magazines in 2021 so you will only be able to fit +3 extra rounds.
