The TLR-7X and TLR-7X USB are compact weapon lights equally at home on duty and compact pistols. Each comes with a changeable paddle switch with high and low positions to adjust for the shooter’s preferences.

Both use a strobe-capable LED light that boasts 5,000 candela and 500 lumens with an operating range of 140 meters. The built-in TIR optic concentrates the beam while giving enough incandescent light to identify adjacent threats.

When using the included SL-B Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery, these lights have a one hour run time. With a CR123A battery, the beam life extends to 1.5 hours. Whether using the X model’s bank charger or the USB cord with the USB model, the battery can recharge in 2.5 hours.

“Like other models in the TLR line, the TLR-7 X USB/TLR-7 X are designed to maximize visibility and targeting capability in a variety of home defense and tactical applications,” said Streamlight President Ray Sharrah. “These newest models are also ‘multi-fuel,’ giving users the choice of using either a cost-saving SL-B9™ USB-C rechargeable battery pack or a 3-volt CR123A lithium battery, depending on availability or user preference.”

These new lights come with a high and low switch and are available in black or FDE color scheme. Depending on the model you choose, the TLR-7X series has an MSRP of $253.66-$278.29.
