Furthermore, it’s difficult to keep cartridges correctly oriented in a speed strip or similar ammunition holder when stored in a pocket or bag. Accordingly, Galco Holsters looks to address the issue with its new 2x2x2 Ammo Carrier 2.0. This belt slide cartridge carrier holds six revolver rounds for easy access.
Comprised of premium steerhide, the 2.0 is available in black or tan finish. Most recently, Galco’s updated design utilizes belt slots or as a quick on-off. For the quick on-off, simply slide the flap under one’s belt and snap it closed. Galco’s 2x2x2 2.0 is ambidextrous and fits belts up to 1 3/4-inch wide.
Like the original model, cartridges are divided into pairs for speed as well as tactical reloading. Notably, the new design prevents the cartridges from inverting when the carrier is unsnapped. The carrier even conveniently accommodates rounds held in Galco’s E-Z Loader Cartridge Strips. The 2x2x2 Ammo Carrier 2.0 is currently offered by Galco with an MSRP of $69.99.
