Samson Manufacturing Releases Picatinny Side Folding Stock Adapter

Samson Manufacturing, a New Hampshire-based manufacturer of firearm parts and accessories, has released its newest product: the Picatinny Side Folding Stock Adapter. The new adapter is a robust and versatile option for shooters wanting to use MCX or MPX-style stocks with any 1913 receiver.

Constructed from high-quality 7075-T6 aluminum, the adapter is designed to withstand harsh conditions and rigorous use for a long-lasting piece of equipment. This is also in part due to the MIL-A-8625 type III class 2 anodizing the unit receives. The adapter is perfect for use across different firearms, adding flexibility to almost any host weapon.

As stated above, the Picatinny Side Folding Stock Adapter is compatible with the 1913 interface, meaning it will work with any receiver with that pic rail to obtain a firm and consistent joint every time. Keeping the end user in mind, the designers made sure the adapter was ergonomically sound and comfortable with a smooth and reliable folding mechanism, whether it’s the first or the 100th folding.

Speaking of comfort and meticulous designs, the folding stock adapter can be used with either left or right mounting options. With the adapter installed and used, firearms can be stored or transported in a shorter configuration, which is great for restricted smaller spaces. Installing the folding stock adapter is straightforward, according to the company, and can be done quickly without issues. The adapter only weighs 3.2 ounces, so it won’t add much weight to the host weapon, and at just 1.75” long, 1” wide, and 1.25” tall, it won’t add much to the weapon’s overall length either.

The Samson Manufacturing Picatinny Side Folding Stock adapter is proudly made in the US and has an MSRP of just $100. The part is available for purchase now.

Imagine a tall, hawt, dangerous Laura Ingalls Wilder type with cool hair and a suppressed blaster and you'll be getting the idea.
