EAA released the following statement about their MC P35 pistols:
Committed to high quality firearms, EAA [and] Girsan are pleased to introduce the second generation of MC P35 pistols with modernized features and improved ergonomics based on the classic John Browning design. The all-steel construction, short recoil operated MC P35 Match [and] MC P35 OPS offer a wealth of features for both the average shooter and competitive shooter including an extended beavertail, fiber optic front sight, G10 grips, straight clean-break trigger, beveled magwell, [and] windage/elevation adjustable rear sight.

These are solidly-built pistols chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum with a 15 +1 capacity, regardless of model. Their steel frames and slides provide a balanced, durable platform that helps mitigate felt recoil and lessen muzzle rise. These things, in turn, can improve accuracy and comfort while shooting. G10 grips emblazed with the Girsan logo provide a firm grip, even with wet or sweaty hands, and the extended beavertail helps shooters keep a good, high grip on the gun.
The guns also have a fiber-optic front sight for visibility and contrast to make rapid target acquisition easier to accomplish. Angled slide serrations are located at the rearward portion of the slide and the hammer is also serrated for smoother operation. Controls are also serrated so they can be manipulated without worrying about fingers slipping.
The MC P35 Ops model handgun has an accessory rail ahead of the trigger guard so shooters can readily mount lights or lasers to their guns.
