Cosaint Arms, a firearms manufacturer specializing in 1911-style pistols, has expanded its product line to include the COS21-Compact pistol. The COS21 line of pistols is Cosaint Arms version of the double stack 9mm 1911-style pistol. According to the company, this new handgun sets a new standard for concealed carry firearms with exceptional performance in a compact design.

The Cosaint Arms COS21-Compact is made up of a hard coat anodized aluminum frame that is lightweight yet durable. On the slide is a C&H Precision Weapons mounting plate for easy use with just about any optic that the shooter desires. Inside the slide, a 3.5” Bull Barrel that reportedly has been engineered to deliver pinpoint accuracy with reduced recoil for faster follow-up shots.
The COS21-Compact has a medium flat trigger that is designed to give a clean and crisp break at a solid 3.5-pound pull weight. The pistol also features a stippled compact grip for better hold and an overall better shooting experience. It comes from Cosaint Arms with two flush-fit MBX Defender magazines with a 17+1 capacity, perfect for concealed carry situations, and is compatible with other 2011-style magazines.
But don’t worry about the double stack capacity making it hard to conceal. The COS21-Compact comes in at just 7.3” in length, only 1.28” wide, and 5.6” high making it an easy choice to conceal. Add to that, that it’s only 24.5 ounces unloaded. Cosaint Arms states it’s a balanced and compact ideal choice for duty, concealed carry, or personal defense.
The Cosaint Arms COS21-Compact 9mm handgun has an MSRP of $2,200 with a myriad of upgrade options available at the time of purchase like a threaded barrel and adjustable rear sight.
