As a result, when you equip your Glock with a BA barrel, it genuinely becomes an upgrade, and the final outcome will undoubtedly exceed your expectations” stated Adam Wainio, President at Ballistic Advantage. “I take immense pride in the relentless efforts of this team, and I wholeheartedly recommend you consider using a BA barrel in your pistol to unlock its full potential. The barrels also have match-grade performance and duty-grade reliability. Each barrel in the Series undergoes rigorous fitting to make sure alignment is perfect and is in line with each slide for proper lock-up. On top of that, the barrels have an assortment of aesthetic features including fluting designs and barrel coating options. These different designs in fluting and color choices (gold, copper, and iridescent).
The design uses the latest engineering that improves overall function and decreases stress on the barrels. These improvements are said to increase reliability, smooth cycling, and extraction, and ensure consistent operation. And to top it all off, these barrels are available in either 1/2×28 threaded or non-threaded options (with standard thread protector included, of course).
All barrels in the Premium Series meet SAAMI chamber specs and are backed by BA’s satisfaction guaranteed. The Glock barrels start with an MSRP of $155 for the non-fluted barrels. MSRP goes up to $215 for the spiral-fluted barrel in the iridescent coating.
