Limited Run Glock 25: Now Available

It is a season of miracles – and for firearms enthusiasts, it means that the Glock 25 is now available in the United States. When the .380-chambered polymer-framed semi-automatic handgun hit the market decades ago, it was largely limited to the European market as it wasn’t able to meet the ATF’s criteria for commercial sales and was thus only available for the military and police.

Due to competition from 9mm and .40-caliber pistols, the Glock 25 wasn’t exactly a hit with either the military or police, yet it has long been in demand with civilians seeking a low-recoil concealed carry handgun.

This month, TALO Distributors, Inc. announced the introduction of the Glock 25 to the United States commercial market. The new G25, similar in size and makeup to the G19 and G23, is being produced in Smyrna, Georgia, and is now available to consumers for the first time in the United States.

Glock 25
It’s a Christmas miracle! After nearly three decades, the Glock 25 is now available in the United States.

The G25 has a 4.02-inch barrel, standard 15+1 capacity, and weighs just 22.75 ounces with an unloaded magazine.

“Because of its small dimensions, equal to those of the Glock 19, the Glock 25 in the low-recoil .380 caliber can be comfortably carried concealed. Because of the low-recoil firing characteristics of the 380 Auto cartridge, it can be easily and accurately controlled,” TALO noted in its press release. “Production and availability is limited with product continually arriving to our member distributors over the next few months.”
