Open Positions

Members of our Warehouse Team play a pivotal role in creating our customers’ experience. Working in a warehouse environment, Team Members will spend their day picking customers’ orders and packing them for shipment; receiving and stocking products; and conducting inventory counts.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately picking items from inventory and inspecting orders
  • Efficiently and carefully packing orders for shipping to end user
  • Folding, preparing and assembling shipping materials
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workplace

Customer Service Team Member:
Members of our Customer Service Team interact directly with our loyal customers to ensure the best possible shopping experience. Team Members will spend their day in an office environment communicating and problem solving via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with basic questions (order status, shipping information, billing issues, etc.)
  • Help customers place orders both online and over the phone
  • Setup and process returns
  • Answering or otherwise assisting customers with technical questions
  • Dealing with claims for packages lost in shipping

The Customer Service Supervisor will spend their day in an office environment supporting the customer service team and working to ensure excellent and efficient execution of their duties.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees and aids team in their regular duties
  • Assist customers with basic questions (order status, shipping information, billing issues, etc.)

GunMag Warehouse, a leading supplier of online firearm accessories, is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee and analyze our current buying systems to create the best methods for day-to-day purchasing operations. Working in an office environment, the Purchasing Manager is responsible for maintaining inventory levels and managing costs, margins, and payment terms. This role will also handle all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle; lead negotiations, as well as identifying and fostering relationships with new & existing vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiates prices and terms with vendors and wholesale distributors
  • Work with Category Manager to develop new product lines & pricing strategies
  • Work with Marketing & Email team to develop new sales initiatives
  • Promotion planning, forecasting, and ordering
  • Tracks sales trends and responds to them accordingly
  • Forecast Inventory levels & Sell-through rates
  • Manage vendor relations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Purchase Management, Strategic Sourcing, or equivalent
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a consistent track record of building effective working relationships
  • Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend sales data analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and often under tight time frames
  • Advanced level of financial analysis and reporting skills
  • Advanced skills working in MS Office suite

GunMag Warehouse, a leading supplier of online firearm accessories, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee our online presence. Working in an office environment, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing the online community, tracking and reporting on metrics, and launching new community initiatives. Collaboration is key in this role, as you’ll be working closely with all areas of the company such as marketing, support and web.

Responsibilities
  • Work with product specialists to ensure product Q&As are quickly and accurately answered in Yotpo, Amazon Seller Central and other portals
  • Manage Reddit, Online Forums and other community presence responding to brand mentions and staying on top of current industry news, trends and events
  • Provide feedback on new emerging communities which we should be engaged in
  • Moderate user comments in our community sites such as our blog, YouTube and other community sites
  • Manage Yotpo product and site reviews
  • Monitor Yahoo Answers, Quora, and other forums for user submitted questions which we can provide accurate, helpful and value added responses to
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a strong background in the Firearms industry
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Reddit, Forums, Yotpo preferred
