Developed by the Steiner USA team, the STR-MIL reticle (Steiner Tree Reticle) is brand new for the H6Xi rifle scope. The MIL-based tree reticle bridges the gap between the company’s military heritage and hunting scopes. Furthermore, this MIL-based reticle system provides a more lightweight tool for hunting. Accordingly, the new reticle gives the H6Xi far more crossover capability for tactical and precision use.
The precise tree reticle features 0.2 MRAD subtensions and enables the shooter to dial in or hold over as preferred. The tree reticle hold is generally much faster than dialing and beneficial for shooters who leave their elevation turret capped.
The first focal plane 6x optical system features three models with varying zoom ranges and objectives: 2-12x42mm, 3-16x50mm, and 5-30x50mm. Forged from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum for durability, the H6Xi utilizes a 30mm tube. In addition, it’s waterproof, fog-proof, and shockproof.
