KRISS USA: Vector CRB Origin and More

If you prefer your firearms to be unique, yet useful, you should check out the line of guns being designed and manufactured by KRISS USA. The manufacturer is well known for their Vector model firearm due to its being featured prominently in both video games and movies, but they do far more than just that one gun. New for 2023 for KRISS USA are two guns, one of which harkens back to that original Vector—the Vector CRB Origin, and the DMK22C ARCA.

The KRISS USA Vector CRB Origin is made in the image of the original Vector. According to the gun maker, it was made to pay homage to the incredible product development and engineering the company invested in the KRISS Super V recoil mitigation system. Of course, the model also highlights the company’s dedication to designing unique firearms.

This gun combines the aesthetics of the first Vector prototypes with the modern-day incarnation of the model. The Vector CRB Origin is chambered in 45 ACP with a 16-inch barrel, making it a carbine. Features include a round barrel shroud, a hinged upper receiver with side folding stock, and a skeletonized trigger. Every gun ships with steel folding sights and is packed in a custom-cut foam hard case for protection and storage purposes.

Also new from KRISS USA is the DMK22C Arca, the company’s answer to what the 22 LR should be. The gun maker states this gun was created with an eye toward precision sports competition and made for training, precision, and customization. The hand guard is an all-new design that utilizes an Arca Swiss dovetail, M-LOK compatibility, and a Picatinny rail for optics.

This rifle has a modern appearance that’s shared by the entire DMK22 line. Features include an entirely redesigned upper receiver made to be sleek and snag-free with no forward assist or dust cover. As part of KRISS USA’s dedication to optimizing the internal functionality of the platform, the bolt has been lightened significantly and has the same extractor as a Ruger 10/22. These details make the gun capable of delivering a far better performance, even with lower-velocity ammunition. KRISS USA says the DMK22C Arca also offers fantastic cross-platform compatibility.

MSRP for the Vector CRB Origin is set at $2399.99. The DMK22C Arca is set at $949.99.
