Bear Creek Arsenal offers a trio of “Master” ARs, which includes their Fieldmaster, Targetmaster, and Huntmaster models, covers all those bases and then some.
Bear Creek Arsenal provides details of their AR “Master” line:
The first is the Fieldmaster. It is offered in .223 Wylde and has three different barrel lengths to choose from. Other features include MFT Battle Link Stock, Velocity 3 lb. trigger, Magpul Ambidextrous grip, and Dual Charging to accommodate the preference of all.
Next is the Targetmaster. Designed for long-range shooting, it comes in .223 Wylde and has a 20” Stainless Steel straight fluted barrel. It also includes an ambidextrous rear charging handle, dual charging action, Velocity 3 lb. trigger, Magpul ambidextrous grip and PRS Lite stock, adjustable gas block, and VG6 Slimline muzzle brake.
Lastly is the Huntmaster. This is a totally new design that created a platform larger than the AR10. The calibers that will be available are .270 Win., 30-06, 7mm Rem. Mag, and 300 Win. Mag. These enable caliber hunters to pursue the largest game in North America.
The Fieldmaster is the company’s 223 Wylde offering that’s designed with a heavy barrel and overall durable features for serious use. The rifle has a Picatinny rail over the receiver and a section of Picatinny at the muzzle end of the handguard for accessories.

If your focus is target shooting, the Targetmaster is a good option. It has a 20-inch, fluted, heavy barrel to help you achieve your target goals and a Magpul stock for comfort and an improved cheek weld.

The Huntmaster of the line is an interesting design. The gun maker states it’s been created to be a platform even larger than a standard AR-10. Available calibers include .270 Win., 30-06, 7mm Rem. Mag, and 300 Win Mag.
